Case Study: Michael Palmer Music

As someone who has been making music since he was a child, it was perhaps a foregone conclusion that Michael Palmer would make a living from it.

What no-one could predict was the scale on which he’d do it. After working in composition, he struck out on his own and founded a production company that devises and produces music for the creative industries, as well as providing audio post-production services.

It’s busy work as Michael explains:

Michael Palmer Music is based in East London and its clients range from broadcasters and film and TV production firms through to record companies. The company also works for some of the biggest names in the business, including the BBC, Saatchi & Saatchi, EMAP and Granada.
