Friendly service is Lee Daley’s trademark, and it has ensured his career as a THP accountant has flourished.

It could have been very different. When he was at school, Lee spent much of his spare time helping out at his dad's building firm. It was a great business, but Lee realised it just wasn’t for him – so he decided to study accountancy at A-level.

After passing his A-level exams, he came to THP and learnt on the job, subsequently passing his Chartered Certified Accountancy qualification in 1997.

Today, he provides a wide range of services, particularly for some of our larger clients. He’s presently applying to be a Responsible Individual (RI), which will allow him to sign off audits.

Above all though, he loves to share his knowledge with others: "I like to give guidance where I can, and I think people see me as being approachable and someone who can help."
