Sopa's interest in accountancy was kindled when she saw an advert for an Open University accounting course. She was accepted onto it and hasn't looked back since.

After qualifying, she came to THP and developed her skills across a wide range of accountancy disciplines, from bookkeeping and payroll to corporation tax and VAT returns.

Sopa is a stickler for accuracy and loves the achievement of completing complex work without error. She finds signing off our clients' year-end accounts particularly satisfying.

Working at THP helps Sopa to develop her skills rapidly, as she explains "I enjoy working with team members, and they're always willing to help me. The support and training we get is very good."

Sopa is now studying for AAT accreditation and would like to become a Chartered Accountant as her career develops. In the meantime, she's keen to give our clients the best possible service.

"I want to help our clients succeed - and not just in the good times. It's important that THP is there when things are tougher, especially as our advice is usually more valuable in those circumstances."
