That's the view of Keith Pullen, Client Director at our Chelmsford branch. A keen networker, he regularly encounters people who aren't getting a good service from their accountants – but are worried that switching will be difficult or expensive.

Luckily, more and more people are getting the message and asking Keith whether THP can help them.

Keith joined Chelmsford accountancy firm Bland Reynolds in 1984, and built up two decades' experience there before it merged with THP in 2004. He's motivated by the desire to provide clients with an exceptional service, and is a strong believer in taking a personal approach.

"I think you should always take a personal interest. Apart from the fact I enjoy working with clients, it's important to remember even the smallest requirement can grow – an individual might come to you for help with a tax return, and only a few years later be running a substantial business."
