That's the belief of Client Manager Andy Green, who likes nothing more than to be out and about gaining a first-hand view of his clients' businesses.

"If you go and see your clients," he explains, "you get a better understanding of what they do and what they are aiming for. It's also one of the best ways to retain them as people always want an accountant who really cares."

Andy joined THP from investment bank UBS after deciding he'd like to go back into an accountancy practice. He serves a mixture of major clients and smaller businesses – and always gives his very best to each one.

One of Andy's primary roles is to work alongside Compliance Director Chris Johnson and as such, he is heavily involved in the audits of many of THP's larger clients.

It's important for Andy to keep developing his skills and his knowledge, and as a member of THP's Sales Team he prides himself on winning new clients and helping them grow.

Very much a 'people person', Andy's approachable manner ensures he provides all his clients, old and new, with a friendly but professional service.
