Chris joined THP as a partner after a career with some of the biggest names in accountancy and a stint as Finance Director for a major publisher.
With experience of conducting major audits for companies such as BT, Glaxo, Pilkington and Sainsburys, Chris' extensive expertise has been important in helping THP to grow.
Now our Compliance Director and head of our audit team, Chris also has primary responsibility for a number of major clients. He began work for one of these as a small favour 25 years ago – and it's now grown to become the largest company in his portfolio and one of THP's biggest clients.
Chris heads a highly motivated audit team, and if you see him in action you soon learn he's a hands-on leader who likes to share his skills and specialised knowledge.
He also brings intellectual rigour to every aspect of his brief, and has the tenacity to solve the most complex issues.
The most rewarding part of his work, though, is helping his clients to succeed – whether he's acting as an auditor, management accountant or advisor.
