When Nina finished her master's degree, she had two potential careers in mind. But she chose the one she felt would be the most rewarding - accountancy.

She hasn't regretted it. Since she joined THP from another accountancy firm in 2007, she has built up a portfolio of clients ranging from construction companies to solicitors and department stores.

Nina is experienced across the whole range of accountancy services, and she gets results for her clients whether she's completing VAT returns, helping with tax planning or taking part in an audit.

The one thing that motivates Nina more than anything else is making a difference to her clients.

"I like it when I can give advice that's valuable to clients, and I particularly enjoy building up a close relationship with them. It's second nature to me to drop off a client's books or records, but it also shows THP cares about the people it works for. That's important."

Nina enjoys working for THP because she has lots of opportunity to develop new skills within a friendly and expert team, as well as to develop close working relationships with local businesses.
