Sheri's responsible for our credit control, and approaches her job with tact and understanding – she knows the pressures that businesses can face.
"I like to build up a rapport and a relationship with every client," she explains. "Our clients are very busy people, so a lot of what I do is about giving people friendly reminders about payments."
It's a job that takes tact, but Sheri excels at it. "You get better results by taking a personal approach," she says.
Sheri's presently studying for her AAT qualification and is looking forward to taking on additional responsibilities. "I'd like to gain a wider view of how THP works, do more work on the accounting side, and to see my career progress within the firm."
She'd also like to share in her own success: "I'd like to help others succeed as I do."
We know she will.
