Paul Diamond, Managing Director, understands the importance of a shared long-term development strategy:

Following a senior management career in human capital consulting, Paul established KEEP Consulting in 2007. He now works with businesses ranging from multinational organisations, to independent SMEs, offering advice regarding the talent needs of their businesses, as well as offering career management services to individuals.
As an entrepreneur with a new business to manage, choosing the right accounting firm was a crucial decision for Paul. A shrewd assessor of people and their talents, Paul was looking to work with people who could demonstrate that they could apply their commercial experience in practice.
