Mark is responsible for setting and maintaining the service standards provided by the professional team at THP.

Since 2002, Mark has been spearheading an initiative to move the practice away from ‘number crunching’ to become an organisation which helps its clients to understand and make sense of the numbers.

This means that clients of THP are better able to act on the management information provided.
