Here’s the process that we follow:
After receiving your CV
If we think you are a good fit, you will be invited back for an initial interview. You’ll also be sent a selection of forms to complete before your first meeting, including:
- Application for Employment
- Application Addendum
- WP Skills
- Diversity Monitoring Form
You’ll meet with our Operations Manager, Samantha Rowe. This interview includes:
- A discussion about your experience and skills
- Discussion about THP
- Completion of a selection of tests (devised by Thomas International)
What Next ?
Depending on availability of key decision makers, you may be required to return for an additional interview.
