Selection Process

Being passionate and having a proactive ‘can do attitude’ is just as important to us as formal qualifications.

Here’s the process that we follow:

After receiving your CV

If we think you are a good fit, you will be invited back for an initial interview. You’ll also be sent a selection of forms to complete before your first meeting, including:

  • Application for Employment
  • Application Addendum
  • WP Skills
  • Diversity Monitoring Form

Interview

You’ll meet with our Operations Manager, Samantha Rowe. This interview includes:

  • A discussion about your experience and skills
  • Discussion about THP
  • Completion of a selection of tests (devised by Thomas International)

What Next ?

Depending on availability of key decision makers, you may be required to return for an additional interview.
