Previously working for a Patent Attorney and Software Testing, Kelsey has developed a strong reputation for her responsive skills. “Clients always comment on how quickly we answer the phones!” she says.
“I enjoy greeting clients face to face when they come into the office and also speaking to them over the phone,” Kelsey explains. “As a point of contact we can be asked various different questions depending on the client and their needs.”
