From clicks to fit-outs: how THP helps Furnify keep growing

Furnify is a London-based furniture consultancy specialising in designing and furnishing inspiring modern workplaces. The company is particularly well known for its office booths and meeting pods, but it can help businesses specify and procure any furniture they need. It now has a sister firm, Installify, dedicated to furniture installation and office relocations.

Furnify was the brainchild of Brendon Coxall, a former web designer with extensive experience in the furniture industry. In 2018, he decided to put that experience to best use and set up his own company.

From the outset, Brendon invested heavily in Furnify’s website. It quickly became highly visible on Google and enquiries started to flow in. When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, his low overheads meant he didn’t need to worry about furloughing staff. Instead, he could focus on turning the website into an even more powerful sales engine.

From furniture supply to full installation

Originally, Furnify focused exclusively on furniture sales. Then a recruitment company asked for help refurbishing an office that hadn’t had a proper upgrade for 25 years. Furnify planned the entire project, removed old carpets and furniture, and created a fresh new look with brand-new pieces throughout.

By 2023, Brendon was surprised at how much the business was spending on subcontractors. In response, he created Installify to manage all aspects of office furniture installation and relocation. The move has been a great success. Installify’s in-house team gives Furnify complete control over quality and keeps projects running smoothly from design to handover.

Enter THP as Furnify’s accountants

While Furnify has its HQ in Farringdon, Brendon lives in Wanstead. So, when he was looking for an accountant to support the company’s next phase of growth, THP’s Wanstead office was right on his doorstep.

Shortly afterwards, we began helping Furnify with everything from VAT returns and payroll through to annual accounts.

Furnifying THP’s Wanstead office

Since Furnify became a THP client, we’ve not only built a close working relationship, but we’ve also seen at first-hand the quality of its work. That’s why, in 2025, we asked Furnify to take care of our Wanstead office renovation.

The project was a huge success. Furnify managed the whole process, from initial design through to installation. At the outset, the team produced 3D renders to show exactly how the finished space would look, making it much easier to brief and co-ordinate decorators, electricians and carpet fitters.

Over the course of a month, Furnify removed outdated wooden panelling and furniture, took up the old carpets and stripped out redundant stud walls. In their place, we now have modern office and meeting spaces, a luxurious carpet with a gradient effect, a reception area with contemporary THP branding and – above all – an office that is a genuine pleasure to work in. Furnify helped us choose every new item, achieving a result that everyone here is proud of.
