We are seeking an organised and reliable person to provide Client and Team Admin Support at our office in Wanstead London.

Admin Support plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of THP’s Wanstead office, including managing day-to-day administrative tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining an organised, welcoming and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent THP with a positive attitude and professional appearance
  • Ensure visitors and team members are welcomed appropriately, that they sign in using Swiped On, are escorted to a relevant meeting room / provided with a drink as appropriate
  • Take and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Complete daily personal admin tasks e.g. INVU filing & mailbox
  • Monitor and maintain office stationery & supplies, placing orders when necessary.
  • Ensure all office equipment & environment is in good working order, arranging repairs as needed
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and coordinating travel arrangements for staff as required
  • Organise internal office events, meetings, and lunches
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities such as parties, celebrations, wellbeing days etc
  • Address team member queries regarding office management issues
  • Oversee office cleanliness and liaise with third party contract providers as necessary e.g. cleaning company, fire equipment providers etc
  • Ensure office complies with health and safety regulations
  • Work with HR to support management of Health and Safety in the office – Fire Marshal, First Aid, DSE assessments
  • Manage first aid supplies and procedures in case of emergency
  • Provide ad hoc support to the Directors as required
